Monobloc polished stainless steel table knives. Can be dish-washed.

The latest knife creation by Christian Ghion for FORGE THE LAGUIOLE  has a wonderfully elegant arc. A slender knife for cutting meat made of polished stainless steel. This knife respects the characteristics of a Laguiole knife whilst simultaneously standing out due to  its almost architectural design. Sober, radical and very contemporary, this meat knife has been hot forged using today’s most innovative techniques and in collaboration with a French forger.

    • These design knives are handcrafted using traditional methods and this clean line is a creation of designer Christian Ghion.

    • The famous French designer Phillippe Stark and FORGE DE LAGUIOLE start their collaboration in 1987 when the Forge de Laguiole factory is created on the plateau of Aubrac. A year later, Starck becomes the first designer to create a Laguiole knife. By doing so he begins a new chapter within the company called ‘Laguiole Designers’ .

    • Laguiole LOG table knives designed by Philippe Starck. They come in matte stainless steel with wood effect. This design is suitable for dish washing.
