Design table knives by Jean-Michel Wilmotte for Cyril Lignac

FORGE DE LAGUIOLE’s steak knives designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte for Cyril Lignac are the expression of two master creators. Jean-Michel Wilmotte, an architect, urban planner and designer, designed the steak knives for renowned chef Cyril Lignac’s restaurant Le Quinzième in Paris. The extreme rigor of the architect and the delicate precision of the cook are clearly perceived by the combination of materials. A black or polished stainless steel blade and an aluminum handle created by an exclusive FORGE DE LAGUIOLE procedure. Due to its particular shape the handle gives the knife an additional feature: the blade cannot rest on the table.
The steak knives have a sleek modern presence.
