This knife has a very modern appearance with its polished aluminum or cow horn handle and the sleek lines.

 This knife is available in polished aluminum (size 11 cm) with a polished corrosion resistant steel blade.

    • The famous French designer Phillippe Stark and FORGE DE LAGUIOLE start their collaboration in 1987 when the Forge de Laguiole factory is created on the plateau of Aubrac. A year later, Starck becomes the first designer to create a Laguiole knife. By doing so he begins a new chapter within the company called ‘Laguiole Designers’ .

    • Laguiole LOG table knives designed by Philippe Starck. They come in matte stainless steel with wood effect. This design is suitable for dish washing.

    • These traditional Forge de Laguiole knives with handles made of black or marbled cow horn have solid stainless steel bolsters.

    • Influenced by his many travels in Asia, architect Eric Raffy designs this Laguiole in a Japanese style. The curve of the blade and the lightness of its black cow horn handle make this knife exceptional.
