These Phillippe Starck knives come in two versions: with a stainless steel handle or with a handle made of cow horn.

    • Handcrafted from natural materials, these models have handles made from cow horn. They are a true evocation of the Aubrac region of France.
These traditional table knives are composed of a fixed blade with a finely decorated handle that includes the bee, one of the symbols of Laguiole knives.
 
       

    • Laguiole LOG table knives designed by Philippe Starck. They come in matte stainless steel with wood effect. This design is suitable for dish washing.
       

    • Cheese knife ‘JOJO LONG LEGS’ with handle made from polished Bakelite. 
       

    • Upon its release in 1988, this knife was selected by the Colbert Committee to be displayed at the Cooper Hewitt Museum as part of an exposition on French Art of Living from 1789 to 1989. Today, this knife is part of the permanent collection ‘Design at MOMA’ of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
